I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was superb, right in the heart of Seoul and close to two metro stations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. However, the fact that they didn't understand our request to 'makeup' the room was a bit of a downside. The dining experience was good, with delicious fish served. The facilities were great overall.
